The Osnova Window Factory is equipped with licensed software specially developed for automated production and the design calculation of window-door systems.

Production

The Osnova Window Factory is equipped with automated equipment for profile and glazing bead cutting. Frame welding and cleaning are completely automated processes that eliminate production errors.

A well-organized production process ensures compliance with the full technological cycle, in accordance with all European norms and standards. To improve product quality, increase production capacity, and improve production times, in 2012, we acquired a unique Sturtz complex that has no analogs in Ukraine.

Today, Osnova Window Factory has 10 automated lines and is the only company in Ukraine with such equipment.

Raw Materials

Osnova Window Factory uses only high-quality German and Ukrainian PVC profiles for the production of window-door systems.

All profile groups, both supplied and manufactured in Ukraine, meet the basic requirements for noise and thermal insulation and are also safe for human health, as they are made using the unique green line technology. Lead, traditionally used in PVC production, has been replaced with a neutral safe "calcium-zinc" compound. The profiles have a delicate white color and maintain a pleasant sheen and original beauty for a long time.

Logistics

The factory is equipped with its own logistics center, which provides automated loading of structures, positively affecting delivery times.

Each window has factory labeling, which is automatically generated during window assembly and contains the necessary information: order number, customer name, product dimensions, delivery code, barcode.

The logistics department daily forms optimal delivery routes for products to all regions of Ukraine. Freight vehicles equipped with racks, fixing mechanisms, and special safety cables are used for window transportation.
