STAGES OF PRODUCTION OF PVC WINDOWS AND DOORS

The production of window structures and doors involves a thorough process of developing each component part. The initial stage is design. After the work plan for the workshops is drawn up, our specialists start implementing it:

• Material cutting;
• Reinforcement of PVC blanks with galvanised profiles of a certain shape. This allows the future window or door to withstand heavy loads;
• Connecting all the blanks into one structure by welding;
• Cleaning the finished frame;
• Fixing transverse reinforcing strips (imposts);
• Installation of fittings;
• Installation of a double-glazed unit in the sashes of the finished frame - in a window or door;
• Checking the quality of the product and its performance.

It is worth noting that in the production of PVC windows and doors, we use anti-burglary fittings that have a high level of protection against opening. We can also offer services according to individual customer requirements - lamination of PVC profiles and windows and doors in non-standard shapes and sizes.

QUALITY CONTROL IN THE MANUFACTURE OF UPVC WINDOWS AND DOORS

When we talk about quality control, we mean specific things. Namely:

• Visual assessment of the profile for flaws, defects, dents and other damage;
• Measurement of dimensions with precision instruments, where the permissible deviation is measured in hundreds of fractions of a millimetre;
• Checking the reliability of the weld, which must withstand certain loads;
• Quality control of the quality control department
