The profiles are made of high-quality aluminium strip with a two-layer paint and varnish coating, which is highly resistant to wear. Thanks to the foam filling, the profiles have heat and sound insulation characteristics.

Extruded profiles for roller shutter systems are made from aluminium poles by pressing through die dies. Roller shutters made of these profiles are characterised by increased resistance to burglary due to their large wall thickness and the presence of a transverse stiffener. Extruded profiles are installed to prevent unauthorised lifting of the leaf.

2. End profiles

 The choice of end profiles depends on the profile size and the locking option of the roller shutter. The range of end profiles allows you to choose a universal option with the possibility of installing a KLA bolt lock. The use of locking profiles allows the crossbar lock to be installed both outside and inside the room, depending on the type of installation and customer preferences.

3.  Guide rails

They ensure the movement of the roller shutter fabric when it is wound into a box. We use classical tyres in the assembly of roller shutters, which are used for standard roller shutter constructions with basic requirements for roller shutters.

4. Protective boxes and side covers

  Selected depending on the exterior of the room and the requirements for structural rigidity.

5. Roller shutter controls

They are selected based on the size and weight of the roller shutter, as well as the ease of operation. They can be manual or automated (electric drives). Roller shutter automation involves the installation of electric drives and control systems.
